LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROCESSES AND ENABLERS and the founder
Organisation structure
The Bluefinger Innovation Center (BIC), founded in Zwolle in the year 2021, is a subsidiary of LDpe Netherland BV, the operating company of Leadership Development processes and enablers BV. Various programs are co-ordinated in the BIC, including, the most important local one, the ORIGINAL program, which is described further on on this website.
The ORIGINAL program, which aims to support the creation of a local innovators ecosystem, organises various types of activities to this end.
Many of these meetings take place in the BIC Moose Club on the 3rd floor of the Melkmarkt 2 building (the BIC Moose Club).
LDpe Nederland BV (the operating company) is the company that owns the right to use the LD-Toolbox (LDT), the system that helps individual participants to accellerate their personal development. And it helps Scale-Ups to design and effectivize their teams and the organisations. The LDT is also the tool for setting up and maintaining the innovators profile database.
The certification of reviewers for the LDT-based development programs is done by LDpe Nederland BV.
The founder of LDpe, Henk Bremer, has many years of experience in organizational change processes.
From 2001-2007 he was the active organizer of LD processes in the Capgemini Group. He was Director of Competence and Leadership Development for Capgemini Continental Europe and Asia Pacific and the global Group Project leader for LD implementation. He retired from Capgemini early 2008.
About LDpe
