The certification program (RCP) consists of 3 full-day workshops, with a frequency of 1 workshop per week. Before this education starts, candidates have to prepare by reading and understanding the content of a prereading booklet.
And after the workshops they will have to go through a test before they are awarded the certificate.
It is of high importance that de candidates attend every workshop from beginning to the end. An important reason is that we will use the group dynamics as part of the training.

After having achieved the certified status, candidates are able to organise reviews with their candidate participants.

It is our intention to organize the certification program (RCP) in groups of 12 participants. Language is Dutch, but workshops can be arranged in English as well.

Costs involved: € 5.000 per participant (excl. VAT) + travel costs.
